On his inspiration for the event, he explains: “My friends and I growing up used to say when we “made it big” that we would use the talent we’ve been given to help others and when I saw the devastation that the Tsunami brought to the people of Japan I said to myself “what am I waiting for?” So I made some phone calls and every single band and artist that I reached out to jumped at the chance to do this. UNICEF is such an amazing organization and I had produced a show for Haiti last year for them as well and that experience changed my life. I feel very blessed to have ability to create and perform music in my life and to have the friends and family who support that, and I want to honor that by doing as much as I can to help when there is help needed.”
All proceeds raised will go to benefit UNICEF/U.S. Fund - Japan Emergency Fund
